Our main office and stocked inventory are in Tampa Bay, Florida, USA, where we fulfill retail and wholesale orders for customers around the world. We also arrange direct DHL shipments from our Guatemala office for selected and custom orders.

We offer the following services for orders shipped from our Florida warehouse:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–3 calendar days
- UPS Ground: 1–5 business days (depending on destination)
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air: Next business day
Service availability and delivery timing depend on the destination and carrier acceptance time. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before ordering.
Shipping from Florida: International Options
Budget Option: Simple Export Rate (through Pirate Ship)
Our most affordable way to ship internationally. You pay one simple price based only on package weight and whether you are in Canada or any other country. There are no country-by-country quotes, and your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Packages between these weights are priced at the next weight level. The price at checkout is final.
- Delivery time: normally 10–21 business days, depending on the country. Your package first travels to a U.S. shipping hub, then on to your country, where your local postal service or carrier delivers it to your door.
- Tracking included: free door-to-door tracking is included for all packages over 4 lbs (1.8 kg) to any country. For packages of 4 lbs or less, it covers 65 countries, including Canada, Japan, Australia, the United Kingdom, and many European countries. To other countries, tracking for lighter packages ends when your local postal service receives the package. We email your tracking number when your order ships.
- Size and value limits: available at checkout for orders up to 20 lbs (9 kg) and $400 in merchandise value. For larger or higher-value orders, choose one of the other services below, or contact us and we can split your order into several packages.
- Customs: packages are declared as merchandise at their true value. We cannot mark orders as gifts. Duties and taxes are explained below.
- Insurance: Simple Export Rate does not include built-in insurance. Please contact us if you need insured shipping.

Direct DHL Shipping from Guatemala
For selected orders, we can arrange DHL shipping directly from our Guatemala office to your address, including destinations in Europe, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and elsewhere around the world.
We frequently ship custom belts, hats, footbags, beaded jewelry, friendship bracelets, and samples via DHL Express. This enables our customers to receive their custom order or samples just days after production is completed.
- US & Europe: 2–3 business days
- Asia, Australia & New Zealand: 3–5 business days
DHL can also help U.S. customers receive merchandise available in Guatemala immediately, avoiding the wait for our next Florida restock shipment—ideal for tight deadlines. Direct DHL orders are arranged individually.
Important Information for International Buyers
1. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in item prices or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Your local postal service or carrier may collect them when your package is delivered. Rules and rates are different in every country, so please check with your local customs office before ordering. For Canada, fees may apply on orders over $40 CAD.
2. Order Processing & Lead Times
In-stock retail and wholesale orders generally ship within 1–3 business days. Custom production projects or large bulk wholesale orders will have specific production schedules confirmed prior to shipping. Delivery time starts when your order ships, not when you place it.
3. Tracking & Delivery Expectations
Tracking numbers are automatically emailed upon package dispatch. Simple Export Rate includes free door-to-door tracking for packages over 4 lbs to any country, and for packages of 4 lbs or less to 65 countries. Tracking updates may appear on the carrier's website, or on your country's postal service website once the package arrives in your country. Transit times are estimates provided by shipping carriers. Deliveries can occasionally experience delays due to customs processing or local postal service operations in the recipient country.

Please ensure your full delivery address, phone number, and postal code are correctly entered at checkout to prevent delivery delays or carrier return charges.
